#Digitalization is everywhere – most of us do not even pay closer attention to all the processes and business models that had a complete makeover in the last decade. However, we gladly use the gadgets that benefit us directly. We all have a smartphone and like to keep our day tidy and organized by using a digital planner. Inviting a friend for dinner – ten seconds to write a short text message is enough. But if we broaden our horizon, the digital world has much more to offer than these little tricks. With the availability of online #learning – and the unbelievable offer of immaculately tought free courses – nobody has an excuse for why they did not learn the language they always dreamt of or why their Excell skills are still rather elemental.

In order to put this massive pool of knowledge to work, we have to structure our approach towards it. Nobody wants to sit at home and watch hours of videos of a teacher explaining Excel to you. The neat thing is that nobody has to. There is a multitude of learning methods that have different focus points and intensities. Do you learn better with a hands-on dummy programm where you can play around? It exists. Do you need someone to read everything out to you in a podcast that you can listen to while you prepare for bed at night? Pick one of the hundreds.

The center point should be your personal digital infrastructure: how do you learn in the best way and what tools fit that criteria? How can you employ them in the most effective manner? Once you’ve build this infrastructure for yourself, you have your personal fishing net to gather what you want from the plenty of fish in the sea.
